2️⃣ Vent + Pipe Adaptor
The pipe adaptor connects the vent to extraction units via existing pipework.
Diameter: 110mm
You can buy the pipe adaptor on its own later.
3️⃣ Vent + Pipe Adaptor + Flexible Pipe
The flexible pipe provides a high-quality flexible connection between the roof tile vent and existing pipework.
It can extend between lengths of 250mm - 550mm.
Adjustable ties allow diameters between 120mm - 77mm.

Roof Tile Vent
The tiles arrived within a day of ordering, they are made from a polymer and feel strong and robust. Fitted all three yesterday to a tiled roof suffering from a bad internal condensation problem, now to wait and see if they have any effect. Replacing existing tiles with the vent tiles was straight forward with no problems. The tiles do not have clips on the RH edge to prevent wind lift unlike some other makes but appear to be securely located, again we will wait and see.

I am a DIY’er and ordered this product after the electrician installing our extractor said they could not for the outflow because we don’t really have much of an eave on our roof. He suggested getting in a roofer in at additional cost. After watching a YouTube video, I decided to have a go myself. The tile does the job perfectly, looks good and was easy to install. I received an email soon after letting me know that I could ask questions if needed. I did ask about attaching the flexi pipe to the tile and got a clear answer really quickly. All in all, I’m chuffed!

Just wanted a vent for loft whileI was removing old chimney. Fit like a dream hosepipe test shows no leaks Woop Woop!!! Delivered in 24o local roofers merchant couldn't do better!!!

Roof tile vent
This was a roof tile vent I ordered and it matched my existing roof exact. I ordered the vent separately and ordered the wrong one. When I got in touch I was sent the right one in rapid time. I’ve visited 5 top roofers yards and could not find a tile vent to match my roof tile but Beddoes had it. I’ve been in the building trade 26yrs so I’m no rookie. Hats of to this firm other online companies could learn a bit from Beddoes.
