Installation is quick and easy with one unit replacing 3 tiles.

No tile or batten cutting is required. Make a diagonal cut in the roofing felt for the throat of the ventilator to pass through.

Cut and fold out the felt underlay. Position the tile vent. Nail securely and continue tiling.

We recommend working with a professional roofer.

    If your pipe is 100 mm, don't worry! You can add our 110-100 mm duct reducer when you go to your basket, where a pop-up will give you the option to add it to your order.

    This costs £7.99. We don't hide any extra charges.

  • Vent + Adaptor + Flexi Pipe

    Connect your soil vent pipe with our premium quality flexible pipe package.

    Measuring at a full extended length of only 550 mm, it is not a substitute for your extractor fan flexible pipe.

    The pipe diameter is 110 mm at both ends, with jubilee clips for a secure hold.

How It Works

You can see how our Plain Tile Vents work in the image to the left (or above if you're on mobile).

Air flows through the vent via the underbase unit and grille.

Any rain that enters the vent is channeled down through the bottom and onto the roof tiles below (always keeping it above the roof level).

The pipe adaptor makes an easy connection point for your bathroom extractor fan or soil vent pipe.
